The other day we got out on the water and I flipped the ballast switches to fill... all were filling but my back left... it would not kick on... switch light was on and when I flipped to drain it would turn on but the fill wouldn't? Really weird... any ideas?

If you swap the left and right power connectors (near the pumps) it might tell you if you have a bad pump or an electrical issue.

Does it ever trigger your breaker? If so, there may be something clogging it. Happened with my drain (common problem with newer boats with tanks - production debris from the tank can lock the impeller on them), I suppose you could have picked up something from the water that jammed it. If so, take it apart and clean it out (it doesn't take much, you may not see whta does it), and see if that fixes it.

Orif you haven't ran that pump in awhile it my be froze a little. The something happened to my front drain pump. Just pop the pump out of the casing and spin it a bit by hand and look for debris in the casing and around the impeller. After that mine ran fine. Good luck

+1 on what "get sum" said. I had to do the same to my rear pump.

I had that happen to me once as well, All I did to fix the problem was give a little suck with your mouth ;) on the vent or drain hole just about the water line. I know it sounds strange but you might have a syphon break and need to prime the pump.

thanks for the info guys... the pump is right under the back seat correct? Also this may be a dumb question but does it have two pumps fill and drain for each tank or one reversible pump for each?

The filll pump is under v drive cover just after the thru hull valve. The drain pump is under the cover in the rear compartment
