There is some info on here somewhere about this. Don't quote me but I think they took the pins out and cleaned some of the grease off of them to keep them from sliding down so easy. What is happening is that when you hit the bumps the pins drop down and the rack swings. Hopefully this will help. I will look for the thread and post if I can find it.
