Has anyone done something like this. I like that hinge since it looks like it pulled the seat out, then up. Does anyone know what these hinges are called? I would like to install them on the rear side seats to make easier access to my soft cooler and anchor/ bouys.

Not yet .... the only thing I'd worry about is cleaning maintenance; harder to get to the backside. Also will it hold up over time. It's great to see how well done it looks. Be nice to see some drawer type access where seat cushions don't need to be lifted up like in the walkway to the bow. Even a side door to the area where the amps are

Me and the wife we're just talking about this. At least for the cooler access on the T22. But we too were worried about maintenance and how the hinges would work without extra clearance.

I've been thinking about hinging the same seat just for cooler access. Currently we leave the cooler out in the open for convenience.
