How do you take apart the swivel board racks? I have one that has seized up and won't swivel. I've tried removal both allen bolts on the top and bottom of the hinge, but that doesn't do anything.

Spray some liquid penetrate into the swivel part and see if you can get it to loosen up.

LoL I have the opposite problem, mine swivel too easy, if you just shake the boards the pin slides down and it turns, it sucks when you're running across the lake and a board comes swinging around at the back of your head!!

Hahaha I had that problem with my other ones. And it was that there was too much grease on the pin and the hole that it slides into. I had my boards come swiveling in from all the power of the ls3 haha. I took some brake cleaner and a towel and cleaned all the grease from the pin and the 3 holes that it slides Into. They are solid now.

However, I still have the stuck board rack problem.

How did you make out with this? I have a similar problem with mine. I've got it completely disassembled and it looks like the shaft that turn is the main piece is almost seized.

I have yet to look Into it. Once peak season passes by, I'm going to drill out the bolt heads on the tower and my neighbor is going to take it apart and help coil all the threads and get it working again. He's a machinest so I have faith he can he the job done.

All my screws are seized into the aluminum on all the racks so I'm only doing the bad one.
