So after a few times on the boat now, there are things I want to do to it. So I have a few questions

I want to add pop up cleats. How do the cushions pop out up front to access?

I want to put the tsunami mat in the boat. Where can I buy this other than the dealer? Or is there a better option? I am not interested in seadek. would like it to snap out.

This one is going to sound very crazy.. Has anyone ever cut out the center bow piece and made an anchor locker up front with it?

Any other mods you suggest?

Did you boat not come with these? My cleats are located more towards the drives seat and near the back of the boat. I am guessing you want to add two more near the tip of the boat. If I am correct, the seats should pop off pretty easy.

Snap-out carpet is "cheap" if you go with the plain, no emblem kind. I paid $365 from dealer for it. I think I got a little bit of a discount on it. I could see it going for $400.

What are you wanting to cut it out for? It is just as easy to store the anchor under the seats in the cabin.

Dezul, believe it or not quite a few boats are ordered by the dealer or previous owners without cleats.

Tatami only available through a dealer and prices will vary dealer to dealer. Probably around $550-$600, same price as carpet (at least in my A24 build both were listed as same price). The decadence option was more pricey.

About putting an anchor up front. IMO opinion, there's not an anchor worth putting up there that would fit AND easy to use. Everyone loves the box anchor but most of us leave it assembled ready to use.

:? I can't see why anyone would want to skim on not putting cleats on the boat. But I also wouldn't own one without 4 board racks. We can easily fill up all 8 slots on any given weekend. Especially considering I bring 3 boards myself.

Yea I am just used to having the anchor up front and in a storage hatch. Just seems like wasted space up there. Not sure if I would ever do it but was curious if anyone had done it.

I am not a fan of the carpet.. I really liked the tsunami mat that was in the A22 at the boat show. I think the dealer charges $800 for it

Was going to put cleats up front to tie boats together... All the people I run with have them up front and that's were they like to tie off

I had the Tatami mat in the A22 but Texas it's too hot for it.

Doesn't bother me. I ride during the week with a smaller crew and the weekend water isn't usually too crappy for me to want to ride in. Others that are less fortunate typically ride then.

So when you say "pop" off pretty easy? Any suggestions... I hate to go prying at them. What is the fastener?

Any suggestions on a cleat or just one from overtons?
