Axis Wakeboard Boat Forum

So, Axis sent me a new platform for my A22. The original platform was just taking up space in my garage. In anticipation of having a ton of friends over for the Tennessee v. Florida game this weekend, I decided to make some use of this huge piece of fiberglass.

I essentialy just built a frame and screwed it to the bottom of the platform. I got ambitious and went ahead and used an old ice chest I had sitting in the attic to incorporate a removable cooler in the bench. You can flip up the wedge access door and grab a beer out of the cooler. I think it turned out pretty well.

I may ultimately try to get an Axis rear seat back cushion and turn this thing into a couch type thing for the garage.

Fantastic! Now I can show my wife this and I know she will immediately approve me buying a new swim deck for our boat too I think you are really on to something here; I could make a loveseat out of a 2nd set of offroad wheels for the Land Rover... Thanks!
