Our shipment of the new Eight.3 bags are on the truck and on the way to us at Boardstop. Should be here any day now.

What all will we need for a 2014 A22 to hook up PnP with the Ronix 800s? Will the engine panels need reinforcement with them? Trying to figure out how well they will fit in the rear.

Most people are using 3 of the quick connects per bag and then unscrewing the last plug to let the air out of the bag if there is any. That is how most are doing it with the BFI bags. So you would do it the same way with the Eight.3. Another way my techs have been hooking them up is using a Y splitter and then connecting the 4th vent to the overflow. That way you do not have to mess with burping the bag. Not really sure which way is better or if there is much of a difference. I have had them plugged in both ways in 2 different boats and it was the least of my worries.

No sure about the reinforcement on the 800s. The only reinforcement I have heard is on the 1100 bags. The eight.3 are a little tapered because of the trapezoid shape so hopefully they will not lean on the engine panels.

Until more get out on the market and you guys put them to use we will not really know how well they work in the field.

1 - BFI Axis nose bag
2 - Ronix 800 bags
6 - 1" Bag NPT Thread to 1" Quick Connect for Eight.3
6 - 1" Elbow Flow Rite(W746)
4 - 1" quick connects(W743)

for 2012 you would need the 3/4 quick connects from Ronix.. I can get those just do not have them on the site. I will do that today.

So basically everything you said about the 1" in the above post but just 3/4"?

I can just disregard my old fly high connectors?

You would still use the red/black quick connectors. I am waiting on the fittings to arrive from ronix to verify but they flow-rite connectors should be the same.

I added them. they are the 1" NPT to 3/4" quick connects. I talked with Ronix today they are in stock.

So so so tempted to be a guinea pig and try these out in my A20 compared to my Fly Highs...would be great to go up to the 800s (have 400s in there now).

I've run the 800s in my a20. With cinco prop and wedge, it struggles to get on plane. I'll probably end up settling on sumo 900s and just not fill them all the way for wake boarding.
