I will be picking up my brand new boat soon and and what to keep the interior looking new forever. I read in the manual to use the 303 fabric and vinyl cleaner. Do most of you guys use the protectant afterwards? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I use it about every 3rd week of use. Look it up on amazon. They have very reasonable prices for it. It is good stuff.

303 has been used for years and years. It's great stuff and of course it's recommended by many manufacturers. The only thing that most will agree on is that after you use 303, once the seat gets wet it will get very slippery. That's probably why most people stop using 303 and gravitate towards Babes Seat Soap then follow with Babes Seat Saver for UV protection. Other popular vinyl products are from Boat Bling, Boat Candy, and Hula Boat Care...all are one step cleaner, conditioner, and UV. 3030 is mainly just UV so you'll still need a good cleaner/conditioner anyways.

Wow guys. Thanks for the input! You guys are a treasure trove of information. I didn't really take as much care with my last boat. The interior was worn out already when I bought it. But this boat is another story. Thanks again!
