 Post subject: PTM mirror install

Got a ptm mirror at boat show for 150$ guy said I didn't need a bracket to mount it since I had the tower arm but after looking at it I don't know if he was correct? Anybody who has done this please chim in cause I think I need a bracket

I think I could make the factory mount work by making the round hole square on one side of the plastic piece that pinches. but I just bit the bullet and ordered the piece from board stop little pissed that the sales man was wrong and I could of got it at 20% off at show but oh well all in all 240 vs 290 is still cheaper
