My first questions is: Why does Malibu/Axis use ACME props over OJ Props? The OJ Prop facility is located within rock throwing distance of the Malibu/Axis plant. I believe Mastercraft and Skiers Choice uses the OJ Prop.
The reason I am asking is cause I can pick up an OJ prop locally from the manufacturer for a fraction of the price the ACME 2315 runs online. The OJ prop isn't spec'ed the same but it is similar to the 2315. I have been debating on calling OJ to see if they can make a 15x12 4 blade with .105 cup just like the 2315.
I was wondering what everyones opinion on the differences between the two are.
