Tried the search for 'engine break in' without luck. I finally get to see my a20 tomorrow. Just curious how everyone broke in the boat/engine. The manual has different rpm stages/times for the first 7 hours of use. I'm I ok running the hard tanks and wedge after that? I'll change oil and trans/dealer engine check after 10hrs.

Congrats by the way!!
Nothing to special just don't hold the RPMs to steady for any extended period and don't hit it wide open for more then just a few seconds (20-30 secs) for the first couple of hours. Basically just be gentle for the first couple of outings, then you can start hammering it.
We didn't use the wedge or fill the hard bags till after the first 5-6 hours of run/break in, just mostly sported around.
