I am length limited in my garage and considering a new Axis. According to the Axis website (which I think has 2013 trailer specs), with the tongue folded, platform removed and the wedge down it adds 9" to the LOA. How far do the Surf Gate tabs extend past the wedge? Also, is the new 2014 swim platform longer than the 2012-13 platform?
