Had a tire shred on my white trailer. Now it's half black! Anyone have any suggestions how to clean the tire off the trailer?
:?

I am curious about this too. I figured acetone would work well. Having a blowout on I-10 on a holiday weekend was not fun. I hit Discount Tire bright and early Friday and replaced every tire on the trailer. Not impressed with the stock tires that Boatmate used.

We're your tires the 18" or 14", mine had the 18's and fingers crossed they have held up good so far, 10-15k estimated on them and still lookin good, just clocked another 650 on them this weekend

Mine are the for the 14" wheels. I had at the most 2000-3000 miles on them, since most of my trips to the ramp are 3 miles round trip. No dry rotting issues either, i keep armorall on them and the boat stays inside. I have had them on a few road trips, but that's about it. A few of my friends with the same tires have had the same issues with alot of tire life left.

I cannot speak for longevity mine blew cuz the guy pulling my boat backed it off the side of a ramp and it messed up the inside sidewalk. Thanks for the advice I ended up getting it clean with the goo stuff.
