don't want to have to mess around with adding lead bags or more people to the surfside. should i just go for the big boy 1100's ? any prop suggestions??

Straight line 900s. It's a good balance between the 750s and 1100s. Prop, no debate, 2315 from Acme, hands down.

if you are going to surf and are going BFI bags then the 1100s. If you are going sumo then the 900s. At least a 1235. better would be the 2315.

If you usually have a medium sized crew onboard then 750's plus people ballast will work. If you only have 4 or less get the 1100's.

thanks, think im gonna go with the 1100's, did you guys have to reinforce the engine compartment?? if so what did u use?

I have 1100s and reinforce ment was a must. I used powdercoa t ed adjustable shelve rails from lowes. I posted some pics here a whi le back.

757 -- here is a link to one of the threads discussing the engine compartment dividers and reinforcement for reference. You will love the 1100's for surfing and i run the 1235 and have no issues (but i do not wakeboard either). Good Luck! viewtopic.php?f=14&t=1698&p=9223#p9223-aha-

I've got 950 and 600. Wish I'd gone bigger. 1100 all the way for surfing if your big guy.
