My boat has scuffs from loading and the carpet looks good. What else could cause this.

Any sand, silt on the bunks? You might also not be putting the trailer in deep enough. If the ramp is steep, I go to where the front of the fender is about an inch under water. If the ramp is not steep, I go even deeper. This trailer def needs to be deeper than my old boat needed.

The ramp is steep and when I load the boat I back the trailer deep enough to wet the bunks and then pull up to where the fender is just even with the water. I have been backing it deeper the past few weeks fenders under water. I'll post pics later.

Mine had the same marks when I bought it. I was told to just be sure and keep a good wax on it and get the trailer deeper in the water.

Ded Gum It.
Wish I hadn't read this thread.
Looked yesterday and I have rub marks underneath from trailering the boat. Big White rub marks from the carpet I guess. No one will see unless its on the trailer and they get down to look underneath, but it bugs the crap out of me.
