OK...., I have tried to follow the other post but got lost after the first few pages of replies. I have also watched a video and thought that I had it but when I got in the back of the boat I had a complete Brain Fart. I have attached a picture of my ballast system in the back of the boat. I used the right side for this diagram. I have labeled each hook-up and would like some break it down so that a 5th grader could understand it.

I think that I have to un-hook 'A' and hook it up to the top of my ballast bag...?
I think that I have to un-hook 'B' and t rim the excess and hook it to the bottom of my ballast bag...?

Is this correct...?
Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

Correct, that's the way it was designed to be hooked up, some do it different but that's the way mine is and it has always worked great

OK. Got it.
All hooked up and ready to try out tomorrow with a Fly High 950 up front and SUMO 600's in the back.

Hose to top of bag was almost not long enough. Top of bag will not rest fully on floor when empty because the hose is about 6"-12" too short. No worries here though.

Only one thing worries me now. When hooking up the front I noticed some sharp screws holding the front pop-up seat in place. These screws are protruding through the bottom and I am afraid that when I fill my bag that it may hit these screws...
Is this a problem....? Has me worried. Probably will look for a piece of something and glue it in place to cover the ends of these screws. Or is that overkill....?

Thanks for the help.

Some have actually had issues with the 950 rubbing on the Chillax seat rails themselves. Someone recommended cutting mouse pads and affixing them to the 950 to protect it. Sounds like a good idea; i haven't tried it yet because I do not fill my 950 up all the way.

Ohhhh my goodness What A Wake. Wow.

PNP worked great. Thanks for all the help.

Three things.......

1. I did notice that the rear tanks would drain and then stop. After a little riding I would hit the drain again and it would pump more out. Why is this....? Is it because the hard tanks drain faster than the 3/4" tubing will allow the bag to funnel down to the hard tank....? If so, I may have to look into adding 1" fittings to bag and hard take along with 1" hose. Any info would be great.

2. My sidewalls were really under a lot of stress. Where is the link where someone added reinforcements to the side walls...? I was thinking about UniStrut to the inside of the panels next to the engine.

3. Thinking about cutting some 3/4' pressure treated plywood to add to the bottom of the lockers. Have heard that there may be some warranty issues with the floor and hard tanks when adding ballast bags. Any info...?

A big thank you to Boardstop for setting me up with all my stuff. And a big thank you to Walter and Johnnydefacto.

For your first question. The bags drain into the hard tank and then drain from there. It just drains slower then your pump pumps out from the hard tank.

I just drain until it stops wait a few minutes then drain some more. But just remember it takes about three times to completely empty them.

I did this to my PNP setup for my rear sacs, I finally got to test it out this weekend and was pretty happy I made the switch.
