I'm sure this is mentioned somewhere but I couldn't find it in my search while at work. The last time I was out (last season before being winterized) the left rear ballast was not turning on. I went to hit the switch and the rocker did not light up. I left it on for about a minute and hit drain and no water came out thus figuring out it wasn't just the rocker not lighting up.

I took the boat out 2 days ago for the first time this season and the center ballast did not turn on either, no lights on the rocker. The right rear still lights up, fills and drains.

I do not have the plug n play right now only the factory hard tanks. I've never left the switches on over night or left them on drain for too long so I know I didn't burn it up. Where should I be checking on the boat to try to fix this? I know I can take it to the dealer but I want to figure it out on my own so I can fix this in the future.

Thanks guys!

Here is a pic pulling back towards the marina, pretty solid first evening out!

You may want to try reseting the circuit breaker on the breaker panel located by the drivers seat. If that does not work I would take it to the dealer. Good luck.

Also take to pump cartridge out by removing the set screw (small Phillips) and then loosen the blue collar and pull out the cartridge. Rotate the impeller by hand a few times and then try it again. I find that if mine sit for a long time (over winter) I have to do this. Then they are good for the season.

Breaker seems more likely to me since the switch is not lighting just a jammed pump would've do that. On second thought, a jammed pump could cause the breaker to trip so check both.

@twistedtad I tried resetting the circuit breaker. The mid ballast and port ballast were both popped out while the others were flat against the panel. I pushed in the mid ballast and it remained, I turned on the ballast at the rocker and the rocker lit up. I did the same with the port ballast breaker. It did not push back in, it remained pushed out and did not turn on. The mid ballast was on for 2 minutes and the rocker light went off. I reset the breaker and pressed drain, the light came on and no water came out meaning it never came on,

@getsum I didn't see your post until I got off the water so I didn't try anything else. Where is that located on the boat for me to check?

The pumps are froze and thus tripping the breaker after a little amount of time. The center pumps are accessed by removing the 6-8 Phillips screws that are on the perimeter of the cover directly over the fuel tank. The pumps will be just forward of that. Two fill and two drain. One set if for the center tank and the other (if you have the plug and play option) is for the front plug and play bag. The other set of pumps are in the rear. The rear fill pumps are easily accessed by sliding the sky-box seat forward and then removing (just by pulling up) on the v-drive cover. The pumps will be left and right of the v-drive unit. The rear drain pumps are accessed by removing a small access cover on the most rearward part of each storage compartment. It's made of black ABS plastic. It should have a couple of small Phillips screws holding it down.

If you like tools now would be a good excuse to buy a power prob ..... i love that thing for little electrical issues like this

if you don't know what that is its basicly a ohm meter that lets you apply power/ground to a circuit to complete it
