I have Nexen n3000 tires on my trailer and they say max 150psi on them. That seems really high. What pressure should i be running?

I would look at that psi again more then likely its only 50 ...... look at your trailer/boat manual it should tell you a specified tire psi .... i would set it at 45 to 50 psi

what size is it i can look up spec

Between 40-50 is good, definitely not 150, most small radials like these are 35-44
