how come i am having so many problems getting the right pad for my swim platform it came apart and will be replaced umder warrenty if they can only send the right one it came in wrong 3 times so far. I called the dealer they saided the 4th one came in still do not know if it is right.

DJT... I am assuming the dealer will be installing this. Make sure they are aware that the pad needs to be shipped in a flat box so that the pad will not be rolled up (not likely as seadeck ships them rolled), so then make sure the dealer lays it flat, out in the sun for a day or two prior to installation.
My dealer did not lay it flat on my first swim pad replacement and it began lifting within a few weeks. The 2nd replacement I requested my dealer to lay it flat, he did for a couple days in the sun, and that was last year, no problems since.
