Happy New Year to you, I am stuck at work waiting for the chaos to start, so I am glad to help you out if I can.
Front PNP first:
Sit in drivers seat, reach down on your left side and pull back the carpet/mat, you will expose a 6" access hole with a black cover. Open this hole and you will have access to the front of your fuel tank, rear of your front hard tank, T handle hull drain, and your 2 fill pumps and 2 drain pumps for your front tank and front pnp sac. The fill pumps are attached to the ball valves that are screwed into the through-hulls. There should be 2 of them (one for the front hard tank "center tank" and one for your front pnp sac). They are brass and have approx 4" handles that will turn 90 degrees. make sure both valves are open, both handles need to be in-line with the valve and pump, not perpendicular to them.
Next open your chillax seats and locate the ends of all 3 hoses that go to your front pnp sac. The farthest rear hose connected to the bottom rear of your pnp sac should go towards the rear of the boat for a couple feet then down a hole into the hull with all the pumps you were just looking at. Trace that hose back to one of the "drain" pumps. turn the "front" drain pump on and make sure it is working and connected to that hose you are holding.
The 2 other hoses should be your fill hose and vent hose. Put one to your ear and have someone talk into the 3 holes on the right side of your boat. If you do not hear anything out of that hose, it should be your fill hose. Try the other hose, if you hear them in this hose, it is your vent line. Connect your vent line to either top ports on your sac. Connect the fill line to the other port on your sac.
Finally, pull your access panel under the helm (12 screws or so) and make sure your fill, vent and drain hoses are all going out the holes on the side. THere are 3 holes with 4 hoses going to them. A vent hose from pnp, a vent hose from hard tank, a empty line from pnp, and an empty line from hard tank. There will be 1 Y that 2 of these hoses share. Either both the vent lines share this Y or both the drain lines share it (both my drains are on this Y and my vents have separate exit holes).
Next water test, if your pnp is not filling, make sure you are moving forward atleast at idle speed to help prime the pump. if all is correct and you are still not getting water to your front pnp, then disconnect the FILL hose from the pnp, turn on the fill pump, and suck the air out of the hose to help prime the pump. If you are still not getting water to your pnp, then either your ball valve is not functioning properly (try to close it and maybe, somehow, the handle and valve is wrong on that one) or your pump is bad. Maybe you have a missing or broken impeller in your pump housing (easy cheap fix).
As for the rear sacs, your sac drains out of the front bottom of the sac into the front top of the hard tank through the tanks "fill" port. Pull your sac out of the locker, take the sacs drain hose and reroute it so that it stays flat along the locker floor, making a nice but tight 180 turn without kinks. Bring the hose back to where the drain port on the sac will be. Pull the pnp fitting off the hose and cut the hose as short as possible but to allow the hose to connect and not move. Attach pnp connection and install and attach sac again.
One trick I do if I have the time when emptying ballast is leaving some water in my pnp (about half) to keep the bow of the boat lower than the rear. Since the rear sac drains are on the front of the sac, this helps get all the water out. When the sacs are empty, I drain the fronts so that the boat levels again. The hard tank drains are in the rear of the hard tank, so once the boat is on the trailer, I can get the residual water out of the rear hard tanks, center hard tanks, and front pnp as I drive to my house.
