Has anyone thought about removing the connections of the hard tanks in the rear and pump them to a set of 750's? I would leave the hard tank, make sure it is fully drained, but run the fill vent and drain to the bag. This would put about 3k in the boat and the weight distribution would still be great. Add the wedge and I think I would be set. For those of you that have talked to me on here you already know my opinion on how slow the setup plug n play system is. I am also going to plumb my front sac to fill, drain, and vent from on top of the front seat. This way I can maximize its water capacity. Everything will still have a switch. I am also thinking of separating the middle tank system front the front plug n play. This means adding the 4th drain on the outside of the boat like the wakesetters have.

Let me know your input.

I've thought about adding a set of 4 pumps to the rear using a 'T' and then just running new lines to the bags and to the drain over the side. So the fill lines in the rear would be T'd with two pups on each through hull. Then mount a drain in the rear compartment wall and salvage the anti siphons form the engine bulkhead and put them in the compartment as well. Then you could fill the bags and the tanks at the same time.

These us standard 3/4" inlet but since you are running new ones step up to 1". It also has a 300gph better fill than standard. This might make the 750's nearly full when the tank is nearly full (at the same time). http://www.wakemakers.com/rule-aerator- ... -1100.html

How hard is it to remove the hard tanks? I had the floors out once but I did not pay attention how they are held in place.

It would be cool to just pull them out and then throw your 750's in (or upgrade to 1100's) and you would have a fast system and more room in the locker when the bag is filled.

So your boat does not have the plug n play with the separate bow sack pumps? You are filling your front sack off the center overflow? that has to take forever!!

John I have a dedicated front pump. I have a vandall. Lol the times we have talked though its always been about horrible ballast systems. I'll look into the floor mod. I think I may just stick with external pumps rather than modified boat. I'd like to have capabilities of factory 900 now that I think of it. I looked online how to get the cemented fittings out of the bow bag to use regular caps. I don't mind fillings bags with pumps. I think a external pump is better than the axis designed plug n play. I messages chatt about the new systems he believes every single fitting is now 1 inch. I wonder how that system will work out overall.

yeah man, I remember now about your front ballast. Bummer cuz it sounds like only a few guys seem to have trouble with this.

Let us know what you decide and post pictures. And yes, 2013 is all 1" and has bigger pumps... I am seeing a winter project in my future.

I don't have problems with the front at all it all works good. I just want to put the bag on top of the seats and slam it full. I want the full 950 lol.

A few weeks ago I had my bow bag under seat and a 800 pound sac on top. Then the center full. Two 750s full in the rear with factory rears full. Wedge down. Wake was a bit to big for me. So I'm just trying to figure out ways to accommodate myself. Ill let ya know what I end up doing for sure.

I also didn't like how the front and center tanks use the same thru-hull for the vent. I dont always fill both tanks all rhe way and hate how they will cross-fill due to the shared vent. When I went in for my 20 hr service, I asked them to install an extra thru-hull so I could re-plumb. Much to my surprise, they ended up putting in the fitting and changing the plumbing to use it and counted it as warranty work. The service manager said he agreed it shouldn't cross fill so he just fixed it for me. :)

Ferral, I think I'm going to do that also as I said above. I think I mad this thread for how much a hate axis ballast systems. Anyhow I have put thought into it the past week. My final decision is putting the fitting on the side of the boat so front and center are totally separate. I am extending my lines so the front sac can fill, drain, and vent on top of the seat. I want the full potential of the bow sac. Ill use a fly high pump for the rear 750's. I only need about 3k in my boat with a driver.
