does anyone know the dimensions of the T23 bow? I am 4 hours from my boat. I would like to add more weight to bow and currently use the sumo 650 under the bow seat and another 650 on top of the bow seat. I was wondering if the Ronix bag that is sold as a bow bag for pickle fork bows would fit. The bag is 950. It looks to be 12 inches tall vs the current bag that is 8 inches tall.

Yes it fits, I've used it.

Looks like some of you run with wedge and some don't? Just curious on thoughts on wedge. Doesn't it add in theory 1000lbs to rear?

I am running the plug and play under the seat (it's a 650# bag, but there is NO way it fills to capacity), the 150# of lead and the 1000# on top of the seat. As stated above, she's heavy and drives like it. It will only work if you have 6 or more people and the 1100's in the back full, otherwise you will take water over the bow.

In my opinion and as somebody who's logged a lot of hours, every T-23 (or any Axis, really) should be running some lead or additional weight in the nose cone. Every aspect of the driveability of your boat improves. It turns lower RPMS surfing and wakeboarding, it planes easier, it will ride better in rough water. The ONLY downside is it is a little harder to pull off the trailer when launching and you can feel the additional tongue weight when going down the road. If your pull rig is a full-size truck (I use 2012 F-150) it is negligible.

Also, if you do run lead, don't tell your dealer. They don't like that

So I keep my boat on a lift and was thinking to order 3-400lb pounds of lead for the nose . To keep in permently? We typically have only 3-4 out and if we do a large group it usually has 4-5 yr olds in the bow. Does anyone know if u can stash 3/400 in bags and still fit the 650 sack under the seats?

At 400lbs that's 8 bags, and yes the 650 bag could sit on them and you'd get technically more weight, but it's not gonna be a lot honestly. That's gonna take a lot of room. There's not enough room in the dead spaces to stuff that many bags.

Any guess on how much weight the 650 bag under the bow seats actually weighs since it can't get completely full?

I know in the 2016 and up A20 the bag fills to 400lbs. I'm guessing it would hold a bit more in the T23.

The T23 will hold about 550lbs in the bow sac. I run it Full and 3 50lb lead bags with no issues.

Yeah the bow sac actually is 820lbs slap full so I wouldn't doubt it'll do 550 under the seats.

I just bought the PNP 1100's for rear trunks, 2313 prop and have 1000 pounds of led for the bow.
