ThatGuy, I don't know if it is always an option or not. I have purchased 3-Axis from my dealer and this was something I asked to set up. I wanted to do a factory tour and figured while I was down there I could pick up the boat and save on shipping costs. I don't think it is always an option. I can begin to express how exciting I am to pick it up on Monday! It is going straight to the stereo shop when I get back and I should be on the water by next Thursday!!!

Another boat question I thought of.....did the hull change from 2014 to 2015 T22? On TMC under the resources it says the 2014 T22 had a Wake/Surf hull and the 2015 T22 has just the Wake hull. Is that correct or a typo or what?

No change at all. Hull Molds are VERY expensive.

Regarding Axis Hulls and how they are named on TMC, take it with a grain of salt. There is no such thing as a "Wake" hull or "Surf" hull.

The T22 MIGHT (100% subjective) be better for surfing and the A22 MIGHT (100% subjective) be better for wakeboarding. But by no means does Axis make any denotation of those boats being designed specifically for either activity. Those opinions are completely subjective.

^^^Thanks for the info as I was doubtful they'd do that after only one model year but what do I know! It's interesting that Malibu uses a letter/number designation and Axis does not. I know it's not foolproof but I used that resource on TMC while searching for used boats last year, definitely was nice to have.

I got one too. I went 9ft high and it is near perfect. I wished mine had the sides like yours.

Ohh mine is only 5'-6" but she looks damn good in pink and keeps the boat nice!! :mrgreen:

Seriously though, I had it 12' because they couldn't tell me where that height was.. now I wish I had went 10'

I don't think Axis has gotten to the point of having specific hulls yet...i.e. Wake or surf. However, Malibu has or had the diamond hull and a wake hull and they were definitely different AND available on the same model.

I have had mine for going on 4 years now. The only issue I have with it is birds nest in the peak of the roof on that cross bar. Let me go snap a pic of mine and post it.
