Hey Sorry for the delayed response. Water is back up and boat is back out. And still having a hard time starting. One person ask if I changed rotar an cap YES that didnt help either. I have tried gas additives and supreme gas nothing helps. Funny thing is that it sat for 5 months and fired right up the first time lol but after 20 min running its hard to start again UHHHH If yall have any ideas let me know I'm about to give up. I put it in the shop to fix this problem and after 3 weeks and 900.00 they said they dont know??? not sure why I got charged for a warranty check but this is par for this service group...

I'm having the same issue with my 2010 A22. Boat runs great but takes 4-5 seconds to fire on everytime.

Well , I have tried everything and spent wayyy too much money on it. I guess its just something to live with??? The dealerships for sure couldn't care less..... As much as I like my Axis, My supra , my X-star and my B-52 all started up just fine Its really embarrassing when everyone on the boat looks at ya like oh shit, is this thing gonna start???

Anyone figure anything out on this? My 2010 A22 does the same thing. Thought it was bad gas but have run a couple fresh tanks and still delayed start. [emoji90]

I am pretty sure you have the same fuel pump issue that I have seen here.
Fuel systems should not be touched by anyone not trained to do so, thus my disclaimer here is that I recommend you take the boat to a Malibu/Axis?Indmar Dealer for the following:
Remove fuel pump cartridge, there are 2 fuel pumps. One is bad. Replace it and your issues should be resolved. You can test the pumps dry by hooking upto to a 12v power source. 1 bad pump will still give you good fuel pressure but slows the initial starting of the boat. I've had customers that didn't even know they had a bad pump until the other died. Whilst in there, check the wiring to the pump and all connections.
The reason the pumps normally go bad is lack of gas, if the boats been run low even once you can have this issue. Could have even happened at the dealership during PDI (They don't put much gas in at the factory for obvious reasons).

I have a 2011 A22 and have the same slow start issue. I think I will wait until the end of the season and then pull the fuel pumps and test them to see if one of them is bad.

I agree its a fuel issue and they are not GM pumps.
