Just calibrate going across the current at 90' then it would be spot on.

Usually hard to have enough room to calibrate going cross current. You can just use the GPS to see the current speed while floating. Say it's 2mph. Then if you go upstream, add that 2mph to what you read on the gps to get actual water speed. Or subtract for downstream.

I got 4 lakes within a hour from me I'll calibrate on them :)hopefully tomorrow if storms get passed :D

Ok did the whole get the boat up to speed hold button down and all the gauges seemed to re boot but would not let me calibrate the speed.
