The group buy info is up on a separate thread. Please order up if you haven't done so already. Mine just shipped today. We had 10+ folks and we need everyone to come though on this. Thanks!

Hardware on the box is very cool, it has two little spring loaded parts (stainless) that retract to friction fit close. I don't know that I will ever use it for anything but kind of a cool feature to have it. As far as dimensions I don't know, but everything lined up and fit perfectly.
All edges and holes finished of nicely.

When you remove the old seat and the bolts holding it down, what is left in the fiberglass where the bolts went into the floor?
Is it threaded or is there a nut that is deep to the floor?
I'm guessing my question is confusing, another way to ask is when you remove the bolts are there nuts deep to the fiberglass that you can't get too?

There are four holes in the pedestal the seat rests on. Factory used nylock nuts and flat washers to hold the seat to the pedestal. Not a big deal. Awkward trying to get the arm into the space to do the install, but other than that no problem.

You should use your factory nylock nuts and large washers to secure the riser to the boat, then purchase some nylock nuts to secure the seat to the riser-top. Or some lock washers.

I did it the way Jason suggested. Bought additional nylocks for seat to riser connection.
