My boat is all the way floating and motor started and idling before even the safety strap is removed, much less the winch strap. Maybe it's just me but I've never felt the need for any products or gimmicks to help me load or unload any of my boats in my life,. From several bass boats to all my wakeboats, never had any problem, at anytime, at any ramp.

Glad the spray stuff works though.

I guess my normal way is different than most. I back the trailer in with the wife driving the boat. I unhook the straps and push it off. It is pretty simple. She comes and picks me up at the dock or ramp. If you don't trust a woman to drive your boat, then you are married/dating the wrong one. Typically they are better than me or you at following directions.

Reverse the order for loading

Same here. Except that once the trailer is partially submerged I get out and unhook to winch strap, then back it the rest of the way and bump the brakes. Not super hard or anything (do not even come close to skidding the tires). Wife drives off, I park and she picks me up at the dock quickly by nosing in. I hop in the boat and she reverses away from the dock.

I've had several boats and this is the first time I've used the spray. I feel I use it more to keep the boat from hard dragging on the bunks. This is my first new boat and I'd like to keep it looking that way. The black bottom hull shows everything. I have seen several used boats at the dealers lots with gnarly looking steaks underneath and I don't want to have to wax/buff anymore than I need to.

My last A22 was black, when I sold it the bottom was scratch free. I just backed up deep enough to not need to power on and maybe winch it a foot. Helps having ideal ramps
