2249 is the standard prop this year. Top speed 38mph. With the new gear ratio, this will likely get out of the hole quicker than the 2014 with the torque prop.

Thanks!! So, do I have this correct in order of aggressiveness/better hole shot?

2249 (15.00 dia 14.250 pitch 0.105 cup)
1235 (14.50 dia 14.250 pitch 0.105 cup)
2313 (15.00 dia 12.000 pitch 0.150 cup)
2315 (15.00 dia 12.000 pitch 0.105 cup)

I love having options but all of these props are making it hard to come to a decision. If I'm going to change my order, I'll probably need to within the next week or so. I thought I was sure about the 2313...now, not so much.

I would get the 2313 and the 2249. Decide which best suits you and sell the other. You would only be out a max of $100 after you sale the other.

Good point. That's what I'll do, but going with the high altitude 1235 from the factory instead. If I feel like I need less prop, I'll go 2249, and if I need more will go 2313. Hopefully will end up with a really good spare.

I am looking to trade a brand new 2313 for a 2249. Let me know if anyone is interested.

used an OJ 945 15x13 (0.090 cup)
my ballast set up is stock plus 600s, wedge + plus 650 in the bow and about 5 peeps.
surfing RPM is about 3600 and wake is about 4100 @ 23
the boat gets out the hole easily with this prop. cant imagine needing anything more aggressive than this with the new gear ratio.

The prop I was using before this was a 1235 and the RPM's were about 200 lower (if that) but the 945 is better out of the hole.

I have the 1235 prop on my '15 also. Planing seems to be pretty quick, but I'm a little disappointed at top speed which seems to be around 37mph. I know it's not a race boat, but are there better options for higher speed?

Good feedback. Sounds like this will be a good option that falls between the 1235 and 2313.

The 2249 will be a little better in regards to top speed. OJ cinco will get your more top end but if you are running a lot of weight it probably isn't the best choice.
