Axis Wakeboard Boat Forum

I thought I heard of somebody having trouble with the vinyl where there is a hard surface underneath and the pressure from the top ends up cutting the seat. I think I read that they had this replaced under warranty. If any of you know who this was or who I can talk to about this issue please pm me or something. I have already sent my dealer pictures and explained the issue but I am pretty sure that there was a mix up between them and Axis. I don't think they explained the problem properly and just sent axis the pictures because they came back with the answer that it was wear and tear and not covered.
