I agree. I think the LED's are cool, but I am rarely out at dark so I think it may be a slight waste of money.

AJ- If you don't mind what was the cost to Install???

Hey Guise, I just wanted to introduce myself.

My name is Nick Heckendorf with Composite Craft, the company working on the new swim step. We will be tooling the new step in the next few weeks and will post pictures of our progress for you to follow. If you have any questions feel free to ask. We are planning on keeping a factory look to the step and also offer a few options not offered by the factory.

Well this will be a must have. I kept taking my deck off when surfing was in order. Now I won't have to bring a tube so people can get in the boat.

So I'm in as well.

How much does the AXIS 2012 swim platform cost anyway? I guess I need a 2012 options list with base prices if anybody's got one...I'd like to maybe grab the Vandall edition carpet too...

Nick, any idea what the shipping weight is going to be? The factory one is HEAVY. Wondering how much more it'll cost to ship it.

It will probably weigh less than the factory unit, but because of its size the weight won't change the shipping costs much or at all. I have designed a few layouts, I just need to get lake time to test. Ill post pica and video when we finish our tests.
