@gibster786 - I tried contacting my local dealer about that sub enclosure for the free air sub. They had no idea and are having trouble getting the info from Axis (So they say). Is there a part number or any thing that you can give me so I can give it to them to help?

So I got my sub in place today, all the wires in, amp hooked up, and got to hear it. I will do a write-up later with pics but I have a question.

How do you guys keep the dash from rattling? The sub sounded alot better when it was on the floor before I put it under the dash!

That would be my main concern too. Has anybody had problems with excessive rattling with it under the dash?

I put a WS-XS10 in a box powered by a syn micro. We pulled out the foot tub and put a plexi panel painted black in its place using the original screw holes. The Wetsounds logo is raised and acts a vent for the sub. It hits pretty good. No big rattling issues after 2 years. The heater tube rattles a little and the tower mirror shakes a little, nothin terrible.

I just got my boat back for some minor warranty items. Gonna be installing the box Tim (Scream Marine) made this weekend if weathers nice. Glad to see it go in as its been sitting in my study for about 2 months.
I'll shoot some pics as I have to cut a little of the bottom opening out. It should help out others with same problem.

Finished my sub enclosure with the 15! Since it is an older S7, I only needed about 1.5 ft^3. With a crazy box that I didnt get any pics of, I managed to squeeze about 2.25 ft^3 and used Polyfill to fill the box. Then I cut out a piece of plexiglass to cover the hole and wrapped it to match the dash. Turned out great and sounds amazing!! Thanks for the advice guys!

Finally got my sub in-

First had to do some trimming

I had some clearance issues. I think it's just my boat as Walter and others have had NO problem.

I trimmed some of the top to clear the steering column and bar

Installed! Now I have to trace down some rattles...

I also took some time to reorganize my amp rack. I'm going a different route with my tower speakers (Kicker 6500.2) and decided to go with Wetsounds REV10's and the new 410 coming out. Bought an arc audio 300.4 for the REV's and made some space for an arc audio 300.2 (going below 300.4) for the 410.
