2014 on order

New to forum, and I just ordered an A 22 mid December . Went with solid black which was a 1,200 upgrade, 350 hp motor, surf gate , wedge, depth finder, swivel board racks, upgraded tower, heater, bimini, cover, high alt prop, docking/ underwater lights, pull up cleats, non skid deck track, bolster seat, chillax, under seat lighting, dual batteries, ski pylon, 2nd tracking fin, and stereo pack 1 with transom remote. I am in the mid 60s, and live in WA state.
Also I was told that you have to pay for the pic book. Not sure how much.
Just want to comment on how helpful this forum was to me in choosing this boat never having rode in one so thanks. Coming from 04 X2 MC.

Yakima, WA . Central part of state. I was just told late Feb, early March. Pretty excited. I originally was going with T22, but the A22 just grew on me.

Yakima is about 5 hours from us. We're in Boise. We learned about the T22 when we were ordering our A22 in November. I have always wanted the pickle fork bow so it was a no brainer to go with the A.

Just confirmed that Malibu/Axis has changed their production pics policy. They will no longer release production pics. They instead will be doing a photo album of the boat being built and then will sell that album for 250$. Not a guarantee on the price but that is what I'm hearing. Good idea or bad idea???

For $250 they should provide you a recliner and endless buckets of beer with chips and salsa so you can watch your boat being sprayed and built.

Totally agree. I believe our dealer is providing us one but if not then I will put 250 in the gas tank before I buy a photo album

They sent me pics of someone else's boat build last year.... if I can figure out who's it is I'll let them have them for half price..what a deal lol!
