Yeah not very clear - The surf side of the platform is 3" underwater the non-surf side is 1" above water. About 3/4 of the swim deck is under water.

My front bag is under the seat so its nowhere near 950. I have 1100s in the corners, but they are also nowhere near capacity. Full gas tank make a big difference too!

All the ballast I used so far is under the seats I don't know what the actual weight they will fill too but the front is 950 fly high bow sack and rears are 750 fly high sacks on each side. I have tried multiple combos but with surf side rear full and front almost full my deck is def under on surf side at rest and other is out of the water slightly but like I said I still have almost a foot of boat out of the water till rub rail is touching water even with 2girls and 1 guy on the surf side bench. I guess my next effort will be throwing another 800lb sack on surf side and see what that gets me.

Here's a pic from today when I was teaching a co-worker how to surf. He got it right away but the wave was pretty spot on. Setup was: 750 rear locker, an older 800lb bag under the bow filled a lil over halfway, center tank empty and a 550lb on the surf side floor. Wedge up and speed around 11.6 (not calibrated - prolly closer to 11.4). Only myself in the boat and older swim platform. Wave was pretty meaty for just one person in the boat. About mid thigh high, almost to his waist. Attachment:Image

That's a very clean wave for the first generation platform

Ive seen that before. Wedge up, more bow weight, little faster, and steer boat slightly to the left.

That is with 750 sack full in port rear, almost full front 950 bow sack under the seats. 3 adults on port side bench. Speed was around 11 set on the cruise control

Have you ever calibrated the speedo with a GPS to ensure that it is accurate?
