Looks like the redesigned 2012 swim platform still throws some spray up onto the wave.

You know, it does a bit. But I feel like it comes from the space between where the platform meet the boat and the side of the boat. When I go out next weekend I'm gonna put the camera on my head to show it exactly. the wave was really fun though. I have some videos where I'm really far back. I have to edit them and put them up.

Oh yeah. I definitely don't think it affects the push of the wave at all. My pre-'12 throws a spray on it but it really doesn't do anything negative. Just makes the face less clean. You've got a nice looking wave going for sure.
