Just curious, anyone else you know or on forums using ninja level weight with a big boat and large motor correct tranny and prop and everything is ok?? And you can go ninja at 6000
Ft on what I am assuming is some fairly weak fuel in a environment worried state?

I honestly have no idea what you are asking me? I assume the question is do I know of anyone with a T23 that is pushing full ballast at this altitude. The answer is No. The dealer however tells me they have verified it on the T. I went out with them on the A22 with a 450 and it could not get full ballast on plane with only 2 of us in the boat.

From what I understand with the more forward cockpit in the T and the different hull shape it does not struggle as much as the A in trying to get the boat to "roll over" and plane out.

"Ninja weight" is a TMC insider term for a sacked out boat.

I'm running 5100lbs a lot with a small crew in my t23 with the 350 motor. That's about as ninja as I can go with the little motor. I do like the term going ninja.

Got it. Sorry I was not up on the lingo. Bottom line I don't feel like I'm trying to get my current boat to do anything too crazy. Not what I would consider Ninja weight at all. Literally just trying to move the 750s in the back up to wakeboard speed. No wedge.

Front Horshoe bag is full. I have an additional 200 pounds of lead up in the nose. And I have a custom 985 super prop tuned by OJ (2wice now) to try and RPM match my motors powerband. All in all a bunch of money spent by me trying to get the boat to do what I feel like it should be able to do from the factory.

I am very hopeful that with my dealer is telling me is accurate and it really does make sense in my head with how the T23 is configured. On my trip out to Lake Powell (only 3600ft) my buddies named my current boat "Off Limits" because in order to try to move the most amount of weight possible when riding I had to have everybody riding up in the bow. Literally the entire back of the boat was empty and off-limits to them while 4 big dudes rubbed shoulders trying to get the boat to plane out.

Hopefully I can name the new one "Full Use" or "On Limits" or "Sit wherever the hell you want" Ha ha ha.

I'd make them take me out on a test run before you dive in again... since they are saying they have it figured out on a T23 and all.

What prop are you running?

He's running the OJ945. I talked with him about it last summer. He said he's running at 3900 RPM at wakeboard speed. I called Malibu and spoke to them about it and they said it wasn't a good prop to use, but didn't exactly spell out why. My boat is running like 4500RPM with that prop at 4000lbs at 22.4 and it goes all the way up to 5300RPM trying to plane off, but once again, think something else is up with my boat.

The OJ945 is a great prop Malibu doesn't recommend it but it's a great performer on the T23.
