The reason it breaks so easy is cause of bad design. On the rear part of the locker, the tray doesn't rest on the side braces. It only rest on the front and back support. It is prone to break cause it doesn't have side supports where the dividers are attached. It is a simple engineering fix that has proven costly for owners.

ImageImageImageImageImageImageImagemine's new and I'm completely rebuilding it from scratch. 12 millimetre hd-pe welded. Stainless hinges and gas shocks to follow. Half of the tray will be walk-through with level lid.

Nice. I find the tray to be very shallow, yours looks like it would fit more than one and a half life jackets.

When I went to check the oil the other day I found another crack, right where the drain hose is attached in the back corner. Looks like the material is really really thin there, no wonder it cracked. Hopefully next week I'll get my aluminum one done.
