It's amazing how you just can't find much information on the T23. It's close to the end of summer and I would think there would be more videos and info regarding this boat.

It's not amazing really. Look at how few videos of the A24 surfing you see on YouTube and the A24 has been out approx 20-21 months. Besides everyone with a T23 is too busy having fun to worry about making videos including 2 of my friends with them.

AJ is spot on with this post. I have videos on my phone as well as my wife's iPhone. I am not proficient at uploading videos and posting them online. Can I post Apple video format on here? If so, I will post my videos. We just finally got the wave mostly dialed.

The price for this wave is unbeatable...PERIOD! I'm 278lbs and started the season as novice, have 55 hours in 6 weeks or ownership on this boat. I've gotten much better and can surf 12-15' back from the deck and save the wave most of the time. Sweet spot on the goofy side for me is about 8-10' back.

Let me see if I can upload videos.

Thanks for some of those videos. Do you guys like riding with the wedge down or up? I have heard the wedge isn't necessary. Does it affect the wave that much?

The wedge adds a lot of down force so yes it does affect the wave/wake...sometimes for the better or worse depending on when it is used though. If you read the title of each of Boosted's videos you should see that his 2nd video had the wedge and the 3rd did not. There was a big difference in the shape of the wave.

Good call! I didn't even notice that. The shape looks like it changes dramatically. I guess that will just come down to preference.

It really depends who is riding, how many additional people are in the boat and what kind of wave they are looking for.

I need the wedge without a boat full of people for the extra push. The video of me was with 3 adults and 4 kids in the boat. The last video was 6 adults, 3 kids and the wave was crazy steep with the wedge down. We put the wedge up after he fell the first time and it turned into that epic, picture perfect roller you see in the video. The rider is only 165lbs, so he didn't need much.

I'll try to get more videos to post but they honestly do not truly represent what this wave feels like.

I was like all of you 3 months ago...debating on every boat out there up to $100k. Rode behind most of them and ended up with the T23. I'll give anyone a tow if you come to North Idaho. Just PM me.

I like that your not putting any extra bags in the boat. It will drive me crazy if I needed to do that. If you have any videos you could take of both sides with a surfer that would be awesome. Thanks for your help!

For giggles my and a couple buddies will put 2 extra 800lb sacks and 1 extra 400lbs sack on the floors to get the wave stooooopid big and long. It is a bit much of course taking up the space but it's fun every now and then. The T22, T23, A24, and now the revise A22 don't need extra sacks to surf. I've had extra sacks for years so it's fun messing around. If I didn't have all the extras I would oh have one 750 or 800 for those days of only 2 of us.

This is some good information. My new T23 will be here in a couple of weeks and will have the bow ballast sac and 750's in the rear I also have two 350 lbs sacs that I use for surfing at times. I will be putting 900's in the rear later the dealer is only going to do 750's but should still make a great wave. I've been riding there demo boat while mine is being built it is a 23 LSV with the same setup and makes a great wave.

As far as price off of list goes, it varies greatly from region to region and dealer to dealer. I have yet to buy a boat but have been trying to do plenty of research on it. Seems like guys get anywhere from 8ish% off msrp to around 15%, some guys claim even better than that. I was quoted about 11% off on a 2016 A22 without trying to negotiate yet. Still working on trying to make a decision on what I want before I begin that process.

Also curious of the T22 and T23 wave difference, from what I have been told and read there really isn't much difference, but I dont think there are many people who have really had the chance to compare side by side.

I managed 11% in January, pre-boat show, on a T23. I think I could have done better on a 22, but there was lots of demand for T23s, first year and all. They really didn't feel much need to negotiate.
