Wakemakers will make you any size sack you want. On their website they show you how to take the measurements

I have thought about that but I don't think it will solve this "issue"

Johnnydefacto made a thread on here where he ran electric normally closed valves on his drain lines, he wired them up to the drain pumps so while he's filling the bags the valves stay closed and keep all the water in until draining

Brad,

Do your bags look like they are completely full? I know with my Sumo 900's they will look full and will be pissing over the side, but have a ton of air in them that needs to be vented off and are not full yet with just water. I only have the 3 factory lines on my bags right now. The (2) on the ends that drain/fill by gravity from the hard tank and the dedicated fill line that has a valve on the divider panel. This is only "Tee'd" into the hard tank fill line and not a dedicated pump line.

My bags need to have the air bled off for them to completely fill and will piss over the side while I'm bleeding air and allowing them to completely fill. I have bought a few parts and hose to make the required hoses to vent them into the existing "hard tank vent" lines. This should save me from having to burp them every time I want them completely full.

Not sure how the fly high sacs are made and if they have a check valve on top like the Sumos, but maybe try manually venting them while they fill and see if you can get them completely full. I bet your water is pissing out the drain line like mine do because of the air pressure in the top of the bag.

Same thing my FlyHigh 1100's do when filling. I have to burp them when they start pissing or they won't fill 100%. Anyone have a thread on how to T into lines for vent?

I feel like you should be able to remove the vent line from the factory hard tank and do a dedicated vent line on top of the PNP sack? Anyone tried this before?

Interesting thought.
I guess the hard tank will vent (overflow into the bag anyways) when it's filling and/or full. Could it negatively impact removing the water? Do you need air to help displace the water when emptying the hard tank?

If you could find an easy way to plug the vent line from hard tank and steal the hose and plumb it to the top of the bag, that should be super easy.

I have some nice plugs left over from the pnp that I could easily plug the factory hard tank vents with. I might try it late this year and see if it helps.
