Adam (aka: Alexander ordered his ladder with his boat) it's the factory's faulty that THEY overlooked his custom order. Our dealer Texas Malibu is amazing and takes care of any order issues

Sure.

Was supposed to be done at the factory; however, the factory "forgot". So, my dealer honored the buy sheet and installed it. You have to take off the swim platform decking to do it right; else you will have bolts/washers showing. It destroys the factory swim decking material when you try to remove.

This is the second one I have had.

Hey bud, it's not an option on the sheets and the factory really doesn't like to do it. Your dealer has to pressure them (and it still didn't work for me). The ladder is OEM from Malibu; go figure. :-)
