Don't think it's been mentioned yet but you'll see it in a lot of previous posts: Exile bumper balls or hippity hops. The first time you are buffing out cloudiness in the gelcoat from a regular bumper you'll find the money spent on them well worth it. I'll be honest I'm on a river so I don't even dock that much, but you'll always find a need for them at some point.
I also started off with a lot of automotive cleaners like mcguires detailer spray etc. I find getting some hula products and/or boat bling makes a difference. I only have to wash the boat a couple times during a season (if i get caught in rain driving home or something), wiping it down as soon as you pull it out with those products makes a night and day difference.

Second that on Hula products for your Gel and wipe down everytime you trailer. I stick with Babes for interior maintenance; much less of a chemical smell (wife likes the smell of Babes).
Don't forget a nylon brush for your box anchors (slide anchor); gets the mud and crust off before entering your interior.
Tow rope, jumper cables, and spare impeller would be the only additions to the list I see.
