Does anyone on here have a picture of an A24 with a FAE installed. I went to the website and it doesn't shows the A24 as an option.

I'm thinking you'd be the first to my knowledge. If the 2015 A22 has the same transom specs it might bolt right up. Email FAE and give us an update. I'd be curious to know if another A24 owner approached them if they hadn't already tried to fit an A24 on their own

Looks like 2015 has option for FAE for A24, however, it appears to be for the single exhaust of the PCM motor.

Cost is only $500-ish so it's a worth while mod to add for those who want it. I just personally love the sound of an inboard motor while underway. I have the 409 motor and it has a little deeper, more throaty sound compared to the variety of 300HP motors Axis has used. In case you haven't tried this, the next time you need to run in some choppy water fill your front ballast. By doing this you'll get the bow down more to get the deepest part of the "V" in the hull to cut through the water. If you are riding across the chop with your bow ballast empty all you are doing is pointing the bow in the air and exposing the flat part of the hull to the chop which is why you get that slapping and jarring.

Make perfect sense AJ. Thanks for the tip!

On another thought, who has added lead weight (weight plates or lead bars?) to their boat and where did you place it? I'm thinking it might be beneficial to add 150~ lbs to the front.

FAE emailed me back and they said it was an oversight on their website. The GM said he would get it added soon. For those of you who do have FAE with double exhaust, how hard is it to raise and lower the wedge. It looks like the pipe is in the way to release the wedge. I'll probably get one soon after a bit more research.

A couple of us have or had added 100-200bs of lead in the picklefork section of the bow. You can remove the center little bow piece, to access that section to place the lead bags in there.
Best lead bag IMO is by Leadwake. Contact info is Jared at Leadwake@yahoo.com. He uses real lead so the bags are very compact compared to others who use steel shot.

I learned this trick on here and now it's rare when I don't have the center tank full. If it's really windy or wake chop then I fill the front ballast a little as well.

FAE is on my winter list.

I fill my bow up even in glassy conditions when I'm cruising as well. It's nice to get the bow down almost leveling the boat for a better view of the lake ahead. Right before I get to my chill spot I just start draining it.

Pulling the wedge up with FAE is no problem at all. You just have to be able to grab one side of the wedge through the platform hatch which is easy. Putting it down is a different story. From the hatch, I can reach one release pin or the other, but not both at the same time. Only way to drop it is to swim under the platform. No biggie in the summer but sucks in cold spring/fall weather. All the benefits are true but the interference with the wedge is annoying to me. I probably wouldn't do it again unless there is a solution to that problem.

Thanks, this is what I was looking for. I spoke with Larry from FAE and he advised you can adjust the exhaust a little bit to make some room. I'll probably still end up getting one based up on the pros.
