Is there anyway to grind a small section of the lip into a subtle incline to avoid impacting the wheel so much?

Probably cost you less than $100 to find someone that does some concrete work and likes to do a little side work for extra beer money. Maybe check Craigslist or your local classifieds for "Services"

Just get a masonry disk for a hand grinder and do it yourself....If you have the skills. Judging by the looks of the garage...I vote yes.

You might look at getting a manual trailer dolly.

Looks awesome. Was about to go get it but max capacity is only 600lbs. How much weight do you think is on the front part of the boat? I know the jack stands have a 1600lbs capacity so I guess I'll have to find something around that weight

Not sure which one would work for you however think those are rated like tongue weight though and that should be around 450-800lbs. Normally tongue weight is calculate at 10-15% of the total weight of the boat, trailer and gear. This is all just a ball park.

Awesome. Thanks funky. I found one that has a 1000lbs tongue weight so thinking about going with that. Anyone know what the tongue weight is on a dual axis trailer with a A22 on it? this dolly and grinding down the lip will hopefully solve my problem
