The outlet by the starboard cup holders is towards the back of the area and not visible unless you crouch down. It's easy to miss unless you know it's there (speaking from personal experience :) ).

The 12v outlets were actually one of the first things I asked about when looking at my boat.

Walter, mine looks identical.... Just the led lights. And I know there isn't any plug that "mistakenly" fell behind there, because I took off the whole panel with cup holders and everything in order to gain enough room for my arm to reach down and get my led panel that fell behind there.

09 - starboard side. The 11-13 manuals state that the outlet is port side. Not sure if that is correct or not.
