Northwest Arkansas Rogers. We made it out last season early march with a long sleeve shorty but would have preferred a 3.2. By end of march heater top or the shorty was perfect. Ditched both by the end of March.

California Delta - so far water has gotten down to 58 and still riding. Was out last weekend for first time in a 3/2 wetsuit and was really warm (O'Neill Psycho 3), so imagine I'll for sure be riding through the winter.

That's cool, I'm in the Rogers/Springdale area myself. Nice to see a neighbor that also loves Axis. I assume you are talking about Beaver? That makes my decision...going to order a 3/2 and a heater top and call it good. Should extend the season nicely!

I have a O'neill boost Drysuit....water temp yesterday for 61 in the afternoon and 58 before noon. and we still riding this winter out here in Arizona. a few friends i know just wear a heater top and neo shorts..some where 3/2s or 4/3s to each to there own in my opinion. But it is nice to wear sweat pants and shirt underneath the drysuit so when you get out, your still cozy and warm in the weather.

rode yesterday in a full 3/2. Air 60, water 56. I rode into december with a 1mm heater shirt only. By March I should be able to put the wetsuit away and put that heater shirt back on.

Dustin is right about the dry suit. it is the way to go but it costs a lot more money and takes a little bit more care to maintain. With that said, if I was anywhere other than CA, AZ, TX or FL, I would spend the money on a dry suit.
