^^Ditto what Walter said. There's a public launch at the highway ramp we use and it doesn't have a dock. No more slipping on and off dropping riders off who sit on bow. It serves two purposes. Traction and protection for gel coat beneath.
I did have a little bit pull up. Used a clear liquid nails (not the permanent commercial stuff) epoxy. After I applied it, I set something heavy on top of deck trac to help keep it down until it dried. Good as new.
