So i was tired of the rear 1100 lb bags taking forever to drain! For about 70 bucks, i plumbed in 2 more pumps to drain the sacks. The back drains completely faster than the front now!

Parts list:
2- tsunami t800
2-3/4" T`s
2 - 3/4" Ts, threaded for pump
12- hose clamps
4` 3/4" hose
Wiring and connections

I T`d into the drain from the sack to the hard tank with the pump.

I ran the pump output into the drain line from the pump in the hard tank.

Remove the cover in the back of the v-drive compartment. You will see the other pump in their. Splice the wires from your tsunami into the wires in here. Brown to brown, black to black.

Since you wired into the other pump, they both run from the switch. Aerator pumps wont burn up from running dry so it doesnt matter which one drains first. The tank pump will empty the tank and the bag pump will empty the bag while it is draining into the tank. The bags empty completely and quickly. No more waiting and holding the bags up to try to speed them up!

If you have any questions, let me know!

I was just thinking about this yesterday, but also double filling! Can you fit another drain pump under the floor where the factory one is? I dont think my bags have two drain fittings - so I might lose the drop into the hard tank. I was also thinking about upgrading the drain ports to 1" after the merge. But I guess the front and mid combined drains do ok, or maybe they should be upgraded too. This will certainly my flipping the surf setup side MUCH faster. Thanks for the write up and pics!!!

I have thought about doing a double fill setup too, but by the time i fill the front triangle and get ready, they are full!

I only have one drain as well and that's the one I T'd into. To be honest, I dunno if anything still drains to the tank, but it empties alot faster so I am happy! I dunno if for some reason mine was slower, but it was taking me 30 mins to get the bags and tank completely empty!!

You won't be able to fit another pump where the stock one is. It is pretty tight in there!

I'm sure that water shoots out of there now when it comes time to drain.

Imondi where do you shop? $70 is a bargain! When I price this out on Bakesonline it comes out to $170 (no tax&ship, but I spec'd Piranha 800 which accounts for an extra $50 maybe).

My local Walmart had the pumps on the shelf for 26 bucks each... SCORE!! All the other parts were purchased from the local hardware store and the bill was 20 and change!
