I do not have access to a lift. I am tired of towing my boat back and forth to the river.
I have heard all sorts of issues with keeping a boat in the water. Can someone with some good info share pros/cons of this option?
Will it ruin the bottom of the boat? I will have it in from jun-sept.. I can take it out every week or two to clean the bottom.

Relax..... mine has been in the water all summer from April until October fo the last 4 years. I usually take it out once in between to have it cleaned. The important part is that it doesn’t sit unused for too long at a time.
After cleaning and polishing in the winter it looks like new.

I have left a boat in the water all year in the past. The bottom did get a little dirty but nothing a good cleaning did not fix.
