Was using rotella 15/40 in my axis boat last 4 yrs but just read about how they changed the classification on the jugs and it no longer covers what it used to on triple-T
Now they have t4 5 etc
Any input?

If you use Rotella you need to use the full synthetic.

you have to run the correct Delo oil too.
You want Delo 400 SDE or Rotella T6

Couple of questions from someone who doesn't know anything about engines.
My dealer did winterize and oil change with the Rotella T4. I assume at this point I don't do a complete oil change until end of season?
So this season when oil gets low do I just keep adding the T4 or can you mix in the Delo 400 SDE?

I’m more picky than most, so if it were me when I needed to add oil I would change it all.
