I have a 2016 T23 looking to buy the clean air pipe. Where is everyone buying them?

You can get the factory one from your dealer also.

Is the factory a freshair also? I thought Larry had the patent on the whole freshair concept?

You'd think he would but nope. I don't think he gets a dime from surfpipe.

Looks like they both do the same thing from how the outlet placement is.

No offense to Larry but why would any one buy a FAE if there's a nicer looking factory option that's endorsed by PCM? Get the surfpipe.

Nicer looking does not really de-value a patent does it? :)

I'd hope that all manufacturers that are doing something similar will compensate the patent/inventor of this whole concept.

I paid my 6K tower royalty fee to Correct Craft a few times when I purchased boats in the early 2000s. Not sure how the tower royalties have changed over the years but I paid my share. :(

I don't think there's a patent.
