So does it just not create enough excitement that you are willing to go in debt for it? :)

I just don't know if it is a product that is causing the boating world to go crazy. I don't see this taking over as the next best thing.

Thoughts?

I personally think it's stupid and unsafe. Imagine falling off of it and that metal foil hitting your face with the full force of a surf wave. I don't wanna risk that for not that much more excitement than regular wake surfing.

No more like it's too much money for something I am unsure about.. like said above not sure if it would be fun and or safe. I have 4k worth of boards on my boat so I'm not shy of spending money on a known good thing.

It looked cool on first glance but it's really just an air chair without the chair. It has a surfboard on it but is there any reason to use it on a surf wave? You can't go rope less with it and rope less riding is what drew me to wakesurfing.

It's cool to see people being creative with things but I would never buy one.

Doesn't seem interesting imo, I'd rather spend the money on other things

Only real advantage I see here is that even on the choppiest days the thing would ride butter smooth. That said I was watching a youtube video of some guys trying to get up on it the first time and boy did they struggle. They were even riding it on their stomachs then ultimately crashing their brains out. Seemed like quite an a$$ whooping to me.

Does anyone really have to ride on the choppiest days? I must be getting old because I schedule my lake time when everyone else has left the lake. Im starting to see a pattern here and it seems like the foil wakesurf is not going to get anywhere.

I will only speak for myself here but I will go out when the weather is less than ideal or there is traffic on the water simply because with a 5 month season here in CO if its a day we have earmarked as a lake day I want to use it dang it! hahaha. That and the weather changes every 5 minutes out here so many times what starts as perfect will change with afternoon T-Storms in the area then back to perfect.
